How to Setup Default Azure Management Group for a New Subscription

Hey Cloud Scholars,
You may need to setup a default management group for new subscriptions to keep a lock and key on your environment. You may use this management group as a default landing zone with policies in place to make sure the cost and security of the new subscription doesn't get out of hand.
