Thanks for the great video! Q: does TD Ameritrade charge the same for all futures contracts? I could only find pricing on their website for a flat rate of futures of $2.25 but was hoping that /MES would be cheaper? (commissions / fees all-in roundtrip for 1 contract) Thanks Again

Thanks for this, the creating the futures watchlist was definitely helpful, not sure why I didn't think about that. Anyways, TD needs to lower their fees...it's kindof ridiculous how much they charge to trade futures when tradovate is quite a bit less, unfortunately I really do not like the tradovate platform. So I'm considering using TOS charts, and trading from tradovate, as all my stuff on TOS... definitely can't have all my studies etc on tradovate. Please please TDA lower your fees for futures to something competitive soon. 😩

You'll need 2k to have margin, but that's really the only dollar requirement. After that you'll just need to have whatever the maint req for the future youre planning to trade.
