Don’t worry we are all learning! 1) Anyone with admin permissions can host a giveaway and it is in fact possible to create a role so specific people can host giveaways if that’s what you are interested in. 2) Pretty much the same answer, depending on who you want to host giveaways depends on the permissions you set
