Thank you Antranik! I was a little late to the “ring rush” during this time, but after weeks of waiting for restocking, my rings are finally here. The first mistake I made was feeding the strap the wrong way through the buckle, so thank you for your helpful tutorial. Take care!

I AM SO GLAD I WATCHED THIS VIDEO. Long story short : I've bought my rings a while ago, probably a year or so. I didn't knew anything about how to set them up so I just managed however I could and because I didn't knew about feeding it the right way, I was making some weird random knots to make it hold on, it was annoying and it took time to unknot the thing at the end but it somehow worked (although sometimes the ring would fall during the workout). It made me pretty disappointed about how to set them up so I did a good knot once on them in the garage and did my workout there without ever unknoting them. Recently I had to move out far from my home for an internship and I don't have access to a pull up bar anymore so I can only count on my rings and trying to find some good place to put them. After watching your explanations I feel so dumb that I used my rings wrong the whole time xD Thank you for this you literally changed my life with those tips !
