I've been brewing for 20 years. Recently my bottles have some kind of bacteria that clings to the inside(like a gel) and is impossible to get rid of. I've spent hours with a brush, and I still can't clear it. I just bought a Kegland series x. I'm totally clueless how to keg and dispense. Hence why I'm watching these videos. I bought a carbonation lid for my Corny kegs, and I still don't know what pressure to set the regulator at

@@fredfosdick4093 For most beer styles you will want to have the regulator set to 10-12psi for serving and carbonating.

@@graintoglass I've set it at 12, and it's working perfectly, thanks.

I also will be making the switch. Saving for a RoboBrew then kegging is next. This is getting to be an expensive hobby! Thanks for the videos. Glad to have a great homebrew store in Manitoba! Keep it up!

Nice video! I'm planning to set up the same system, but I have a question...how many kilos of CO2 should have the cylinder to carbonate 60L??
@graintoglass3 жыл бұрын
Hi, a 4.5kg (10lb) co2 tank should carbonate and dispense around 10 60l kegs. Cheers

Hi Paul, you mentioned in the video that if you were in a hurry to carbonate you should increase the gas to around 30psi for 3-4 days. Do you also add priming sugar when you transfer the beer into the keg before gassing? Thanks Mike

Well done.

Want to... first comes switch from extract to all grain. Vids are looking sharp!
@graintoglass4 жыл бұрын
Thanks JP. We are lucky to have a great friend who is helping us record and produce these videos. I'd also go from extract to all grain before going from bottling to kegging. Or better yet, do both :P

Hi. So you keep the CO2 cylinder in the fridge connected the whole time?
@JB-mm5ff2 жыл бұрын
"We recommend keeping CO2 cylinders out of the fridge to avoid a decrease in pressure. For example, dispensing a regular North American Lager (like a Budweiser, Miller, or Coors) is half a pound for each half barrel keg provided the CO2 is stored at room temperature."

Never lame bro. Left loose right tight, those right there got me a girl cuz her boyfriend didn't know how to change a car tire. True story.
