My watch has been working for a couple of months. All of a sudden it no longer can connect . I go through the entire setup but after I confirm the the numbers on the watch with that on the wearable app. it comes back with "Couldn't connect. Something went wrong.

Zou hij nu ook weten hoe je een backup maakt van de watch6. De uitleg van Samsung in de app is totaal niet duidelijk. En de uitleg op de site in nogal behoorlijk verouderd want dat klopt niet meer. Ook contact met Samsung support via Whatsapp maar ook die blijken het niet te weten. Ik had eerst de watch met Tizen. En ongeveer het enige waar ik toen tevreden over was is dat backup handig ging via de app. Maar met die watch6 hebben ze er weer een potje van gemaakt bij Samsung. Ik heb Smart witch geïnstalleerd want dit lijkt nodig te zijn dus dit staat op mijn Sony Xperia 1 IV. Maar als je die app smart switch ingaat dan lijkt het of je dit ook op de watch6 moet installeren. Maar dat gaat niet want dat bestaat niet in de watch6. Vraag me ook af waarom er in de wear app gesproken wordt over smart switch app. Na mijn mening zou de wear app alleen toch genoeg moeten zijn om alle functies uit te voeren in met de watch6
