The elevation triggered graphic overrides are cool. I have been doing something similar with timber beams in multi level open spaces. The more wierd things I do with graphic overrides the more I see that they can be used for.

That is awesome Gary! Since I figured it out for piping systems, I've also been thinking about how this can better improve the display of timber floor joists and beams below and above. Something I'm playing around with! Thanks for the comment!

Hi, it still can´t be used for an axonometry view, can it? That´s one thing holding me back from using MEP :( Anyway, ty for the video. :)

Graphic overrides work with all 3d view and 3d docs.

Hi Tomas! Your right that it doesn't work the same way in a 3D view. In 3D there isn't the same centerline pen. I've tried a few different techniques of combining wireframe and graphic overrides to try to get this to work, but not there yet! A challenge I'm thinking might be possible with a little more testing! The 3D Isometric views with the entire piping system shown is still useful though, so I'll have to continue with that until I figure the other option out. Thanks!
