if you still have this problem just disable the voicechat on the game, or if it's smth like a call on discord or any other application disable the desktop audio on the "audio" settings on your obs, then create an "aplication audio capture" for each thing you want to be heard on the scene, things like discord calls, music (spotify), the game you're playing and you can mute each app separately so you can mute your teammates on the stream i created 3, one for discord, the other for the game and the last one for the music on the background

What I did is, I made a scene for Spotify using application audio capture on the top of scenes then just click Spotify as the source boom you should have it in your audio hub you can do that with anything so you don’t have to capture your whole pc.
