Ayee, In all honesty the guide i just watched from fleet has finally made sense, gave great descriptions of each step to setting up and obtaining tool, what each n every little different button does etc. I will for sure be using your guides to set up all types of tools man! alternatively, you can just set up a category with private channels of you and active members in your server EXAMPLE: category: support tickets channels: ticket-member1 ticket-member2 ticket-member3 etc. but this is a great tool that i may use :)

see both do different things, it's pretty much preference but i find tickets are a lot easier as it doesn't clog up my dms and i don't miss them etc

1 thing u missed :) is it not a way to chose where the ticket wil go, like lets say u want a better system of where the ticket will go in the catagory, like eks : u have a Ticket Channel for only where the ticket goes to, i cant seem to find the option to change where it goes to
