How to setup VIGI C540-W Wi-Fi CCTV Camera

One month ago suddenly the camera did not connect to wifi network....already tried reset few times still unsuccessful. Very frustrating

Vigi app is very slow and unstable connection . NVR frequently offline. Slow slow slow slow. I have purchased and very disappointed. I will post the comment on every post until you make the app load faster and stable or obsolete this product line.

1 week ago... my cctv appear offline... Even already reset and switch off... still same.. Wifi is good because another cctv is functioning well

Can you manage this through the Tapo app? I have the Tapo app and I don't want to install another app just for this.

Hello there, our VIGI cameras is a different series of product and unfortunately it doesn't work with the Tapo app.

Hello Eubie, the VIGI C540-W can function independently and record to the MicroSD card without a NVR.

@@AaronLevs Tapo is generally used for home purpose cameras names as TAPO xxxx, but for small office and industries segment TP Link named in VIGI app. Hope that helps
