@@techwithpri I would say, it is good that you go over previous topics, because: 1) if someone just found your video which is not the first one in series - they know what they missed, and they know where they can find that missed information 2) it was useful reminder for ppl like me, who is not watching all series at one sit! Thats okay, first go to your topic and go to properties. From their choose NLU model and then under NLU intent you can configure intent, utterance .

Hello Sir, How to prevent the virtual agent from searching the catalog and only searching the knowledge article...or whatever keyword is type first it will display the knowledge And then the catalog item... I have added search fallback topic into the fallback.

Hey!! Yes it's possible..you need to turn off the code which is doing the catalog search, so that only knowledge search can work. Check the code in search fallback topic , if you are unable to find just let me know..😀

Thik hai duplicate kiya and changes kiye lekin ab o custom wala kaise knha pe add krna hai jo ki OOB wala kam na kre and hamara wala kam kre... Bcz OOB to activate he rhega

Once you are making a duplicate of the topic block it is already become part of the topic block list. In your flow then change the OOB topic block to your duplicate one and then change the code in the topic block. It should work!!
