Hi, may i ask if the user want to search for the outlook issue, maybe we can just set the keyword “outlook” at the outlook issue advanced properties, by doing this whatever user search as long as the intent contains outlook it will go to the outlook option, what is the actual value for implementing the nlu technique on this?🤔just wonder

Hey!! You can continue working that should not cause any problem..also make sure you select the correct NLU at first and then try to add intent and utterances 🤓

when i trying to train my model it failed and showing like this "The system encountered an unexpected error and couldn't complete your request. Please contact your system administrator for help or try again". i configure NLU correctly and activate and also i create 2 intents under one model and try to train the model but its failed. how can i overcome this?
