What username and password you're entering at 3:44? The credentials for service I bought VPN from, such as NordVPN or IPVanish? Or Microsoft account password? At the moment do I have to be connected that VPN then? to get the proper IP address? What if next time I connect to a different server that company provides?

No "File" option, only a "Organize" option to click on after selecting the network adapter. Any ideas?
