How do you move the nameplate, I want to do this for a friend

On the standard ui, right click on the nameplate, click unlock and move. I use Shadowed Unit Frames however!

To anyone saying "real hardcore isn't using addons".. thats the most nieve statement that could possibly be made. Blizzard purposefully doesn't make any large changes to the default UI knowing there are already addons that have been developed. This has saved blizzard a lot of revenue in not having to pay for these changes. So not using addons hinders your ability to have all the possible knowledge you would need to know on screen in a neat and orderly way. Just because boomers can't click buttons and still keyboard turn doesn't mean its a more "true" hardcore playing everything default. It just means that they are bad/stupid players.

The brilliant thing about addons for me is the ability to personalize the game and make it look and feel the way you want it to. I honestly wouldn't enjoy playing the game if I couldn't use them but everyone to their own - I would never tell someone how to play the game they pay the subscription for. I'm actually writing my own 'Immersive UI' addon at the moment using AI, it's very interesting - maybe I'll do a video about it.

Yeah i mean the whole server, if its hardcore, then even addons shouldnt be allowed.. kinda takes away the hardcore idea little bit when you have all these assists in game.@@nieubarmy
