Draw is pretty neat, you can swipe from end to end to “draw” your signal in more of a flow than changing each individual HZ. The auto feature is pretty cool too.

One thing I wanted to know, on your video at the 13.30 time you mentioned that you have to either set you DSP or your amp, which I would assume everyone would be setting their DSP. What settings should the amps be adjusted to then, if not the identical as the DSP? I would have thought that you would have to repeat the identical crossover settings etc as on the DSP. Set the crossover on the dsp to whatever you find ideal and set the amp crossover all the way to Max or the highest frequency applicable so that it's well above the crossover set in the dsp and it has no influence on the sound. You're essentially turning the amp crossover to off or bypass

No. The dsp has a clip indicator for the gain so you can turn that as loud as you want before it clips the signal and then you can turn up your amps after that. But I leave mine on 0 gain.

What dB's do you have set on your Input channels? Mine are all the way up to +12 dB therefore my Front and Rear Outputs are at -6 dB. I don't have good linearity control with my Bass knob so I will have to reduce my Line Out to -3 dB. For some reason when I set my Input Gains at 0.00 virtually no signal was reaching my bridged Subwoofer Amp.

@@Kpaceguy That is ideal, but for my set up it doesn't work unless they are all the way up and then reducing it on the Output side. You must have a 5V or higher Aftermarket Head Unit. I am using my Factory head Unit that is probably between 1.5 and 2V. Is that why my Input gain has to be all the way up?

100% is worth it if you're going to take the time to utilize it. I'll never have one in my car or in my house. Especially if your car forces you to use the stock head unit

Yes. My speakers are rated around 50hz. I like to get as much midbass from my door speakers as safety possible and then keep a lower crossover on my sub so that its my boomy and I don't use a lot of power to the sub that my door speakers can do for me. Keep my low notes loud and my midbass smooth

I might have to adjust mine to 12db. Whenever I'd adjust the output summing to max, my speakers weren't sounding too good. I also noticed in the output section RTA EQ, where it says RTA Memories, Audio Control has a preset in there to go off of for tuning.

He y man I have the DM-608 and on the sub end I have the EQ up to +12db on 25hz, 31.5hz, 40hz. Then between 50hz, 63hz, and 80hz it ranges between +6-9db. Should I lower the first three or get them all closer to flat? Thanks in advance for the help

Do what sounds good to you but it's typically better to lower frequencies than to boost them do adjust your gains accordingly

I have my Sub Output Summing set at -6.0dB and my Accu-BASS Level all the way up to the right but haven't messed with the Threshold because I don't know if I need to mess with it or what it will do. Will lowering the Accu-Bass Level give me more linearity in my Bass Knob and what do you advise to do with the Threshold? FYI: I have a Rockford Fosgate R500X1D Amp with the gain set at 1 of 11.

It won't work without the threshold so you essentially did nothing

Can't get mine to save to the amp. Works great at adjusting while the laptop is hooked up and then disconnected. However once I shut the vehicle off and restart it loose all settings. Also tried saving setup on the PC but settings disappear.

k so you know about the firmware update and updating the drivers, there's also downloading the correct version; I have found 4 so far (HOW?), and making sure you have the CORRECT micro usb cord, MANY DON'T WORK! I cannot get my dm-810 to recognize any incoming signal, had many problems getting it to connect to my computer, had the green light at the top right of the screen even at one point but no signal showing on the DSP software. Im unsure of what and where to download the correct version of the software is my biggest problem. their audiocontrol website software download is no good, dont think it s the right version.
