I solved this buy unplugging the active Hub device and plugging it back in. After that Homekit found the bridge.

Same... tried everything including deleting and resetting Hue

I’m having the same issue as others. Tried pairing through both HomeKit and Hue app. HomeKit will scan the number to the right of the QR code and HomeKit logo, but then nothing happens. In Hue App, after selecting the Home, I have to push the button on the Hue Bridge, but nothing happens.

I don’t understand, what is the difference between HomeKit Apple software and Philips hue software ?

The newest hue app doesn’t look like yours and I’m having absolutely no luck. I have the bridge attached to my modem and powered up the lights go on but I can’t seem to get it to be noticed by the HomeKit App. The hue app has no accessible settings it’s just a walk-through that won’t even help. There’s of help button but all it does is send you back to the screen before. Any suggestions?

It used to work but I think iOS 16.3 screwed things. iOS 16.4 not fixing things either. Maybe Apple now requires users to buy a HomePod or an Apple TV to be able to use the Home App?
