Hi, thanks. You can use the cm. On the other side of the tape measure. Just add some allowance to be able to insert the bolster easily. Cotton tend to shrink after few washing

Is the length and width same size cut? You only showed 52" L but not W. Is the W for the round W?

Hello thanks for watching. You cut on fold for 1 piece only. You need to cut wider if you don't fold. If the pillow round size is 25 inches plus allowance let's say 2 inches sewing allowance that is 27 inches wide of fabric. Then divide by 2 (on fold) that is 13.5 inches on fold. You can also add shirring allowance then divide that in 2 that on fold. I hope I explain it well. Please free to leave message if you have any question. Thank you
