Could you show how to stitch the top with the sport bra inside.

This might be my all-time favorite top. I've thought about going up 2 sizes, putting in a front zip, and making it from a woven. Anyone tried it?

Carey A No, but I have been thinking about the same idea whilst tracing the pattern off. Finally, making it today after years of putting off buying the pattern as don’t enjoy sticking pdf patterns together much and could not find the other version anywhere in the UK. Have you tried making it in a woven fabric? I made a pussy bow blouse recently from rayon challis, but it wasn’t a quick make as used French seams all over, including setting in the sleeves. This one should come together really quickly. Cannot wait!

@@katalinmcewan I haven't, because I haven't had a lot of luck turning knit patterns into woven patterns. But I really should try it anyway. Still one of my favorite patterns .

Carey A You should, from some cheap fabric. Just in case. I wonder if ponte would work as an in between version. Would be great for a colder weather version with a bit more coverage/body as well. I finished the top today. Made it in a white viscose jersey. It’s probably one of the quickest tops I have ever made and it fits! (I did leave a 1” side seam and pinned it on first.) Yay! So simple to make yet so classic and stylish. I’m planning on making many more from my knit fabric stash I bought with other things in mind.
