You whizzed through the plackets so fast, it was difficult to see what you were doing. Do you pin the placket to the right side of the sleeve? You seemed to be pinning it to the side of the slash that is further away from the raw edge of the sleeve. Correct? My plackets have a squared top. How do I cover the little diagonal slash I made, where there is still a bit of a raw edge? You're right; Burda directions leave a lot to be desired. Very discouraging, so thank you for the video and thank you in advance for answering my novice questions.

The slash goes inside the seam- it's like pre clipping your corner.
