Just made these, super fast and easy! hardest part was trying to figure out how the pattern went together. I do reccomend going up a size my son is in 2t and those were a little small.

Do you separate the colors to print or do you print them as one? I am trying to figure out out to get just a 6 and put the pages together to make the pattern. I was hoping to use PDFto separate the sizes for printing purposes. Would you or anyone happen to have an idea on doing that?

Do you find that the serger alone works well for the seams? I always thought you had to sew a straight stitch and then surge along the edges..

How can we avoid having the fabric bulking in the front,as it looks the same (front should be different than the back)? My 12 year old is super skinny (65 lb), but muscular with a flat ab and a round bottom.The pajamas look like a sack on him. Thank you.

That part was a little tricky for me too. Start to watch the video and then pause when she lays out the pattern. When you pause it will give you the opportunity to build your pattern like hers.
