How darling! I love that you designed this and then got to turn your creation into another creation. Well done!

Wow Julie, love your design! And what a great tutorial you made. Each step explained so well even for a sewing beginner. Awesome work and a great inspiration. Love the hanger and I’ll try to get one of those too.

Thank you again Gaby. I’m glad the instructions were clear. Sewing, filming and editing is not easy, but if it helps people to learn, then it was worth it :)

Hi Julie! I love your tutorial, you're a natural teacher and the tea towels are gorgeous! I have to admit, my favourite part was seeing 'Julep and Trubbs printed on the edge of the material...so cool! Looking forward to your next one 🧡

Oh Claire, I had to make a script. I tried talking while making the tea towel, but I spoke without any sense (perimenopause brain probably) Editing and crafting definitely takes 10 times longer to finish. So I remembered your tutorial style, and that was the key! Thank you! And yes, I saved that selvedge with Julep and Trubbs. One day it’d be cool to have collections at shops. 🤞❤️

Thank you Isabelle. Tutorials are hard to film and edit, but happy to have it out into the world (and with a voiceover at that 😂).

@ You did great! My sewing machine is missing parts at the moment otherwise I would definitely make some tea towels following your tutorial. I used Spoonflower years ago when they were still a small company. I love their printing & fabric quality.

Spoonflower definitely is popular with artists. I only started last year, so. Not much there. If only the Canadian dollar wasn’t so terrible, I would maybe order more, lol. Hope your sewing machine is revived one day. Well, any kind of sewing, even hand sewing is so nice to do when it’s on your own time. ☺️

This is great! I just saw your post on Liz's community and had to come watch. I sew also and have thought about doing this. You have a very calming voice and your instructions are very clear. Can you tell me where you got the hanging frame? That makes it easy to change out. Thanks!

Thank you so much 🙏 The magnetic hanger is from Michael’s, the stores are in the US AND Canada. Always happy to hear from another LKB member 🥰 Happy sewing!
