This was an easy one to make and it took me a day. I used about 1.5 metres or yards of fabric for the leggings. You can change the height of the waistline by measuring from your preferred waist point vertically to your hip ( and crotch depth too). Let me know if you recreate this and tag me online @kimdavedesigns ^.^

Such pretty fabric. I’m pretty bottom heavy, but small waisted, and I get stuck between store bought sizes, so this seems optimal. Also, gorgeous fabric, thanks very much!

Hello there priscillia. Thank you for uploading this video plus a few others. Could you post a video showing us how to clone our clothes. Tracing patterns from existing ready-to-wear clothing? Also could you show us how we can make a puffer jacket with a faux fur hood and also a blazer like a Balmain blazer? Also could you show us how we can copy and design a biker jacket along with how to make a faux fur coat? Finally could you show us how to make a roll neck top? Priscillia. Carry on the great work and keep the great videos coming. Again thank you for you do. Regards Pure.

The crotch depth measurement using the waist to chair does not work for me. I am 95-101 lbs, very petite and for the life of me , I couldn’t figure out why. So I use the aluminum foil method and bingo! I found out from this method that it’s all in the butt, when I’m told I don’t have one, and my pubic bone protrudes some. Who knew!
@KimDave3 жыл бұрын
Wow thank you so much for sharing this. It’s amazing how we are all so uniquely shaped. Can you share more details about the aluminium foil method please? It might be helpful for someone
@SparkyOne5493 жыл бұрын
@@KimDave To use the foil, use a lot of foil, many feet, and roll it up tightly until it is all tight. Then form it to your crotch curve, from front waist to back waist. I found that adding a lot of pipe cleaners inside the foil helped it keep its shape better. Make sure to mark the front and back. Then use the form to shape your crotch curve of the front and back on the pattern.
