Beautiful job!…great instructional video…. I have been doing mostly embroidery miscellaneous craft items …. But you can only do so much but now I going to switch to making garments for myself…. My mom used to be a sample maker in New York City and I didn’t realize how talented she was…. I knew she was an extremely great seamstress…. But I loss her before I could spend time and learn from her… 😒

Do you always pivot or move over when you get back to the beginning of the round.

Yes - usually shirring elastic is added in multiple rows. If you only wanted to add 1 line of elastic then you could stop at the end of the round.
