I dont have a lot of hair for my eyebrows and they are natural platinum blonde. They are so hard to shape. I have to use a light blonde dye or brow pencil. They also are not very high above my eyes.

Chrmng 1 my eyebrows are TOO high. I try to thicken them on the bottom to make them look closer to my eyes when I'm not wearing glasses. But I pretty much wear 👓 everyday so the brows seem like they're in place smh lol But I think your brows are in the perfect position above your eyes and have a good shape for ur face. I could picture you with a very slight arch if you wanted to go that route. But only slight. Any more than that will make you look upset lol

The only time you should go past the tear duct, toward the centre, is if your ethnic roots warrant it - NOT for a Caucasian femme fatale or it looks too heavy, even though it's the current "trend" which also includes the overly over arched look. AND for the older woman, best to lift up the brows in the front end by removing some of the hair at the bottom front to avoid the increasing perception of anger as the brows fall down with the aging face. Some good tips generally and especially agree with your latter points - nice work.

I’m a silver blonde with darker roots, I bleached my eyebrows and now they’re pretty brassy/orange I don’t want bleach blonde eyebrows, I just wanted a shade or two darker, so my question is, do I put a Demi-perm color and should I do a developer or a color processor to make them look more natural and not orange? Eyebrows should go past the tear duct on someone who has wideset eyes. My eyebrows go past my tear duct, and they still seem slightly far apart since I have large wideset eyes. Once I trimmed them following the guidelines you mentioned, and it looked SO bad.

Sometimes, what your brows are naturally just does not work. Thick, German brows do NOT combine well with Native American almond shaped eyes. My brows quite literally grow all the way down into my crease, while my lashes curve upward and meet them. The overall effect is my eyes looking way smaller than they actually are unless I trim my brows weekly with a brow razor. Honestly, my eyes are a lovely shape. They look naturally winged. My lashes are long, thick, and naturally curly. My lips are small and have an very defined Cupid's bow. The thick German eyebrows just do not compliment my otherwise feminine features.

Hi, in case you won't see it I might respond for people who are reading this. Make first sure your eyebrow shape is fully grown back to its full potential which we often overlook. Some styles of eyebrows, especially from the 60's and before used to arch earlier, from the outer side of the iris or even the middle, sometimes earlier, you may go with it especially if the shape is defined, these are just general guidelines. To arch farther, first making sure all the underarch and over arch hairs have grown, use part of this hair, compromising with a slightly thinner shape, to postpone the arch very peak then rejoin with where the arch descends. Alternatively brush the outer part near the end upward then blend by trimming along the desired shape, you may also brush the inner portion and trim closer to the root there while trimmig less of it and curve outward for the desired arch position. Oprionally draw over it.

Hi, actually I saw many tips, especially before 2010's who recommended for the arch peak, just a vertical line from the outer iris :), yeah it's still outer placed than yours but it's to say these places are imho to be seen as guidelines and reference points to orient ourselves. Before 60's many women seemed to shape your eyebrows just like yours are naturally if not closer to their beginning than the end, it made for a less "aggressive" gaze, sometimes more dreamy and for various social reason that was consider beautiful at the time, so yours might be more vintage. It's not bad, you might rount it up a bit like they did to not make it a triangle. If you have enough eyebrow you might try to shape it more to your outer iris side or draw it up a bit if it descends too much, but you don't need to. I might post one if I find it.
