Which device are you using??? Please the netshare app can never stop whatsapp and instagram... If you notice that these apps are not gettimg internet connection, then desactivate the proxy settings on your device or other malicious VPNs

First, does the app crash? if it does then... What is the version of your phone if it is from 4 to 8 you should maybe try the previous versions But if you have a new device then try updating that same app from the play store first and it will work perfectly
