How to Share Power BI report OUTSIDE the ORGANIZATION

Hi Bro, I tried to embed this way but i am not able find the option publish to public web. is it because i have pro license? is it available with premium only? or else can be available in pro license? please explain

Publish to web is available for users with Power BI pro or Premium licenses. There can be several reasons when you cannot see this option: 1. Your admin might have disabled the access due to sensitivity of the data or may have blocked the public internet access. 2. Your report might have Row level security enabled. 3. Some datasets using direct query also have restrictions publishing to web. 4. You should have the required edit permission to the report. This Publish to web sharing option should be chosen only if you don't have sensitive or confidential data.

Hey, thank you for the great video! I have a question: Is there a way to disable anyone from altering the slicer I have in my report? I want to send it to different People with specific slicer settings for each, which means they should not be able to use it themselves.

Can they really access the semantic model when you do this? Like if i filter out one persons info from the report then publish it publicly, will someone be able to get that persons info?

They will have access to just that report which you have published to web (public).

It will be an interactive report. Just as you see it in Power BI service.

Share this link with only that user. Unless someone has this link they can't access the report. Also if you have some sensitive data then this method is not good.

Yes you can, but there is one caveat. Once you make this link public anyone can use this link and show it as theirs.

You might not see "Publish to web" due to restricted permissions or settings controlled by your Power BI administrator. Alternatively, the feature could be disabled for your account or type of content.
