How to share your calendar in Outlook Office 365

I can't seem to find a solution fo rthis issue. My "Share Calendar" doesn't respond when clicked on so I can't go any further. I am the admin and have repeatedly ran Outlook as admin but nothing is working. I also don;t have a permissions tab when I left click my calendar. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry I'm not really sure. I usually use www.maptecit.co.uk/ if I get really stuck,. They do charge me but they are very knowledgeable.
