How to sharpen knives with sharpening stone??

Hi Kaz, and thanks for informative video. I recently purchased a 3 stone set from your shop in Prahran. I did all my kitchen knifes as well as my girlfriends and they all have super sharp blades now. I did the paper slice test at the end of the session and it was just like as you demonstrated. Amazing ! ! Thank you.
