Is Your vehicle is a left hand drive, how does that work in your island, are you guys under the British system with roads are on the left side like Jamaica 🇯🇲?

Yes, we drive on the left. We are the only US place that drive on the left but we have US cars with the steering on left. Very unique but I am able to go back and forth to Atlanta and USVI with no issues with forgetting.
