imagine bruce lee playing ball , he is a good cha cha dancer and that is a quite observation a good dancer usually has a fluid rythmn so its more natural for others to learn graceful sports with these type of athletes

@@ILB Coach, I really would love a video about how to stop getting hitches in you're shot. It's incredibly hard for me to do 1 motion shot even after a lot of form shots and having a great technique (aside from the hitch) and I don't know why

yo guys i could use a little help if it ain't too much trouble. im 15 and i started playing basketball a year and a half ago. i see little to no improvement in most of my plays despite playing almost everyday. i probably average about 3 points in a good day and i want to get better. im serious about basketball but i don't have a consistent routine for drills, conditioning, working out or even the fundamentals in basketball so i feel very lost. could you help a lil brother out?

Great tutorial but I think to make these even more effective and easier to understand, u should play every move in slow mo at least one time and then put like some white arrows and words on the screen explaining what was going on. For instance, when ur doing the first move, point an arrow at the inside foot as you’re stepping in and put some word (brief description reiterating what you’re verbalizing) and so on 😁👍🏽

Make sure your middle finger is facing directly to the ground after the shot, and also reduce your other hand changing your shot.
