This interview is in lieu of his achievement as the Best Candid Wedding Photographer of India for the year 2018. He has been awarded this title by the most popular photography magazine, ‘Better Photography’.
I am proud that Pon Prabhakaran had raised from a scratch to this level. His works are very unique and storytelling in wedding photography. He has got a fine eye for emotions and candidness and shoots every wedding with his unique style. I like his wide-angle compositions in the storytelling photos.
As a fine artist in photojournalistic weddings, he made his path to success. As a man of less words, his narration about his success was very emotional and will be definitely useful for all budding wedding photographers. Being very hardworking, creative and attitude to learning all the time, he shared some of the finest practical points to success.
I have also shared a lot of his works and video clips to make your understanding easy. From his words, you can understand that success is not an accident. The questions in this video will directly benefit you and you can redefine your skills as a wedding photographer.

You have asked one question, what is the future of the photography? because mobile phones are dominating market. I feel nothing will happen as you told skill is not in mobile phone or camera it is in the photographer experience. Also, camera may be go with lot of development, but lens are not because lens are analog device not like camera which is digital.
