Keeping the shutter speed twice of frame rate was compulsory for old cinema cameras due to rotary shutter in the. Now a days all cameras have electronic shutter in which there in no moving part. So you can put shutter speed as slow or fast as possible eg 1/15s for 30 FPS or 1/1000 for 30 FPS

Kunal sir in India electricity supply is at 50Hz where as in USA it is 60Hz so for indoor shoot there is a setting in the camera NTSC & PAL. PAL is for India & NTSC for USA. If you shoot in PAL for indoor then it will be no light flick. Thankyou for this video 😊
