This is super important! And when you get this and speed up you learn to break the right before your dot gets where it needs to be especially at speed on transitions

Also repetition out of the holster a thousand times works good imo. And using both eyes which seems to be a hard thing for new shooters. Keep practicing everyday and it will come. Great video as always. Thanks for sharing.

It's important to emphasize proper trigger press here. New shooters will often instinctually do this movement when shooting searching for their sight picture but will then SNATCH the shot moving their gun and sights off target trying to get that shot the instant they see their sights. You have to maintain focus on that perfect trigger press and be mindful that you're not snatching the shot and dipping the front.

I have bad nerves, I was just born with it and have learned to live with it. I will have to try this the next time I go to the range, instead of trying so hard to keep my red dot in one spot.
