How To SIEGE Effectively In SMITE

Even those this is 4 to 3 seasons removed, SK/PK (S6 S7 Champs undisputed) were famous for very specifically using the split siege format of solo/jungle sieging a phnx together while the sup/adc/mid went to an adjacent phnx, who went in was based on who had the favored match up vs defenders, as soon as the defenders panic and send someone from one side to another to reinforce, the other side goes in while the initial 'team' pulls out to waste the enemies time. Extremely effective but seems most ppl forgot how key this was to SK and PK winning and how good they used this

great video man, Ive never seen anyone give siegeing tips, that's awesome. 2 things that I would add are: 1 - U dont have to all in a single wave of minions. as we see in pro play, it's common to take 3 minions wave so u can complete siege, by slowly poking the phoenix. 2 - another reason y assassins do the splitpush is because they are very good at a 1v1, and that's often what u want, a chance to 1v1 the mage and the carry who is defending the phoenix.

I just love that even at high elo all the people I play with do is go for kills. I’ll tank the bird for a full 2-3 minutes and no one hits it once then they get mad at me when I leave and make them tank it lmao. I’m not there to tank damage so you can chase kills. Go for the bird or I’m out.

the entire job of solo and supp have been switched in so many matches. ppl always say supp is supposed to dive in and tank dmg and solo does whatever. but supp has to tank dmg while defending his backline. i never ever see this happen tho...supps always engage and go very far in. which should be the solo's job

Supp needs to tank the phoenix while standing next to the backline. Solo jumps in to zone the enemy backline to keep them from hitting the supp and backline.

Thinking that a role is only supposed to play one way is why y'all are hardstuck. It's gonna always change depending on the lineup. Nox Support and Herc solo, i think it's obvious who should tank the tower. Support Yem and Solo Anubis, you can guess who's gonna tank.

For quite some smite player it should start differently: "W is for moving forward, if that is not working, use S to move backwards. Yes you can fall back, you don't have to loose with ur usual score of like 0:20 wondering what the source of the enemies gold wealth is" 😂

Maining jungle, when I play mercury I love to split push another pheonix then ulting to the fight when someone rotates to stop me, making it a 3/4v5 everytime

I hate it when I'm split pushing as either a Solo or Jungler and my adc follows me. I've lost too many games because the adc wants to be the split push

Don't split push as a solo laner unless you are playing a full damage AA solo laner, otherwise it will take to long and you'd be either wasting your time or your team will die in a 4v5 team fight

@@noahmabry3172 Ya going to have to disagree. I think I see what your trying to say like you don't want a Xing or a Guan split pushing and I totally agree. But something like a Tyr or Vama or even SWK is fine since their very mobile. Or even last year Assassin Solos were meta so something like a Set, Ravana, Lance, or Cama can all split push. Heck even Hades or Zhong solo works for split pushing. Also when I'm split pushing as a Solo my goal isn't to take a phoenix its to draw attention to me so my team can deal with wards or group and push fast. @Inters3ct what do you think about Solo's split pushing?

@@carryeveryday910 "30-50 wards" I don't want to be mean, but you are either a big liar, or a very big dumb. Ending a game with 30 wards is completly useless, a normal player don't back enough times to buy so many wards, even if we suppose you buy it 3 by 3 every time. I personally buy 2 wards whenever I back (unless I don't have the money, unfort), and I end usually between 9 and 15 wards. I may end between 15 and 18 if the game last 50+ mins, which is of course pretty rare. Stop trolling.
