In this video I show you how to sign the phrase/words CHILL OUT and RELAX (relaxed).
You will see a few variations or options for signing "chill out" that can also be used for "calm down". Another example of "calm down" (stay calm, remain calm, etc.) can be viewed here:

The sign for "relax" has a few variations as well and I show you two of them. There is also an initialized sign for "relaxed" which uses the letter R. I rarely see that version signed anymore so I included the two versions that I see the most.
This sign can be used as a directive (when telling someone to relax) or it can be used and an adjective. Ex: I'm so relaxed.
