This was a great tutorial when I'm washing my hair I always get all of my shedded hair out and detangle because once the hair is wet and you start shampooing it can cause the worst tangles! So ladies especially my brown ladies please detangle before washing our hair to prevent losing extra hair from it matting. 🧡

I have very thick hair that never de tangles until its wet. Yes all my hair loss happens in the shower but it detangles WAY EASIER when it's covered in conditioner and wet. I get less shedding when I use a hair mask (Carol's Daughter coco crème curl quenching mask).. It's the lack of moisture that gets hair dry and mat and falling out

Not sure what products you were using but I think yall should try “quality” hair products, this use to happen to me as well but once i tried quality products I instantly saw a difference! I dont silk press but i used ag boost system,
@mzmoniigal2 жыл бұрын
Everyone is different because I would NEVER detangle my hair while dry. That's the number one way for me to lose excess hair. Shampooing doesn't matt up my hair even if it's been dry for a few days. I always detangle my hair when it's completely wet and saturated with product that has great slip. Do what works for you.

So when the weather turned warm to hot I went back to wash and goes or twist outs. Being careful to focus on my treatments. Now that it’s fall I’m already to transition to pressing my hair! Like you I combo my shampoos and conditioners in one washday. November is my month to begin.

I’ve blow dried and straightened my hair after every wash (min weekly) with in between touch ups for years. For many years of those years I didn’t even use product. The only thing that gave my hair major damage was multiple bleaching and toner sessions wanting to see how light I could go. Anyhow my point is heat damage I believe isn’t a big deal unless you’re using super high heat (I use about 375-385) Or using cheap appliances and shampoos/conditioners. I’ve been a Babyliss girl for nearly 10 years now and my hair is good 👌 invest in your hair care lady’s it’s total worth it. *Btw your hair look’s beautiful 😍 How you do both hair and makeup like a professional is crazy

Thank you so much for putting me on to the True Edge Controller! It's literally the BEST edge control that I've ever tried!...and I've tried a lot of different ones lol But I also learned that I have 2 sets of edges....edges that are in my hair line and edges that are basically on my forehead. And each set of edges has to be styled differently! For me, it's best to use a flat iron/hot comb on the edges within my hairline and then use edge control for the edges on my forehead. Anyway, thanks so much for the product mention!
