I'm going to put a narrow strip, maybe 1-1/2", on the bottom of all odd rows and on the top of all even rows. Tiffany do you magnesium,it works great for spasms in your legs that the MS can cause,I recommend NATURE MADE,IVE had MS for many years and thank God for nature made magnesium,start out takeing 500 ml a day,that's what I started at probably 9 years ago and currently take 1000 ml. A day,❤👍🙏
