I'd love to add that singing Jazz is also about Phrasing! This, along with rhythm is what makes you an instrument, along with the others in the band, and it is what can help make the feel of the lyrics unique to the audience. Great video!

this is the best singing pep talk i have seen in all my years. i am not a jazz singer but I think I finally understand what singing is about.
