God loves you I want you to know that and he will never leave you or forsake you and if you ask the Holy Spirit to live in you, God will let it happen and you can be saved if you confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and that God raised him from the dead you will be saved bro

omdddddd no wonder i felt my upper back more rather than my lats.i had been rowing above the hib alignment which disengages the lats.TYSM
@gz6179 ай бұрын
What is the problem with also working out the upper back making it more of a compound exercise? Does your upper back fatigue first? In that case maybe I can see why stopping short would make sense to try and fatigue the lats instead..

@@gz617some people just want to work the lats and might’ve already worked the upper back

Does the angle of your body matter ? Like should you supposed to be resting your hand on a specific angle while your body bends ?

so if i go beyond torso like upper then it helps my upper back and mid back muscle right?? so both are okay for lats and upper and mid back??

Shouldn't ur back be even more flat to target the lats even more?
@fitnels Жыл бұрын
you can if you want to target more of the lower/middle lats. The one i'm showing is better for mid/upper lats

Listen good form is boss, there's a limit on how fuck a form is allow to look, but i will disagree till i die that slow and control and racking 15-20 is the same, as long as there's proper muscle activation, you will feel sore for sure for both. A good 70lbs slow motion can kick my ass for sure or a quick 120 lbs more reps can also kick my ass both done in a proper form. Muscle activation is all about
