And actually, his legs look better than most of the humans on the planet, most people don’t workout to this extent, they just live life as is. So, “decent” would be reserved for just a regular Joe schmoe who just has regular legs. We get it, you wanted to find SOME type of way to insult this guy in the video for no apparent reason Karen, but it didn’t work out exactly as you intended, seeing as how he’s different from most average people, and would not just be considered decent lol.

I've seen some criticism of certain tips he's given, especially his lateral raise form, which would put a lifter at an elevated risk of injury. Not saying to avoid his stuff, but always take fitness and form advice with a grain of salt. Most people giving advice aren't certified in fitness training or sports medicine, so there will always be some margin for error with their recommendations, especially when it comes to younger folks like this guy who haven't been around the scene long enough to have some of the joint strain or professional coaching to iron out those errors ✌️

Jump Squats are also great for building quads and improving vertical jump at the same time. Calf raises are also great at building jumping capabilities. Explosive calf raises are great for jumping, and slow calf raises are great for building overall support and build consistent strength.

@Alovatololo
@Alovatololo 2 жыл бұрын
@@bojos9399 the explanation my anatomy teacher gave was 1. It's a hyper correction to apply Latin rules for every word of Greek origin. Which is why we also don't pronounce cnidarians, a word with a silent c. 2. Biology words don't always travel consistently from Greek as some have been around for ages and got hit with every rule from Greek to modern English while some skipped a few steps to get to the end. Back to cnidarians, it skipped something in German hence it didn't get turned into knidarian. 3. Biologists are famously bad at naming things (my personal opinion is they were making memes before memes) but they're also bad at pronouncing things. They're biologists not linguists.
