How to Sit Start mount a Slackline

Once you have mastered the art of standing and walking on a slackline now maybe you want to learn how to mount a slackline without the ground! This is very useful if ever you want to longline or highline!
This particular mount is called the Sit Start. It is personally my favorite and I use it to mount basically every line I ever get on! It's my fave :)

My girlfriend Laura, our dog Appa, and I met you this weekend at crg. Great video. Really good demo. Do you think it is harder to stand up like this from the ground because you don’t have the spring of the slack line to help you get your weight over your feet ? Or you just have to have the core strength to pull your weight over your feet?
