Can you use these methods for a 2 track beat? And if so, what would be the best one?

Hmm wasn't the step before dynamic processing with multi band sort of the same as the step before it... Anyhoo, great videos man...love your content. Get those beats for sale gott dammit

Thanks Genius Tracks! Those two steps can definitely be similar, especially if you’re using a dynamic eq but some folks may opt to just statically reduce a band with EQ, so that’s where multiband comes in. I find myself using combinations of both always - perhaps a dynamic EQ on an individual track, then a multiband processor on the group/master, etc. There are always overlaps between processes, so use your judgement in a situation to do what’s best, whether one or the other or both. And thanks for the love! I’ve got excuses for days, it’s tough to wear as many hats as I do but I will inevitably get that running. I appreciate the encouragement 👊🏼

@@5piece No worries...my career is outside of music so I get the many hats thing. I actually pay for beats I use, food for thought I know you're an experienced Engineer, I'd love to shop from you to support.
