How to Skip Updates on Rockstar's games (Rockstar Games Launcher Offline Mode)

In this video you can find out how to temporarily skip updates in Rockstar Games Launcher. Every time a new update comes out, ScriptHook (the biggest mod dependency in Rockstar's games) gets outdated and users need to wait for the ScriptHook developer to add support for the latest patch. To avoid this problem you can only temporarily skip any updates by taking advantage of the launcher's offline mode. @h.marian4695 I mod the game entirely had OpenIv and other scriphook files as well as d8input etc... so it won't update the files. Which is good. Been playing gta 5 mods for close to 2 months. Removed DLC patches from online to make the game even smoother

I have the version of GTA IV Rockstar Launcher too and i was heard that it can't be moded or something, just the Steam version one can be moded. You have to follow this method before the update starts. If the update has started you are doomed unless you got copies of the game files.

Rockstar requires you to redo the verification every now and then. So you will have to connect again once in a few weeks.

I want to make it clear I want to play this game offline only (never online) and I want to run it without downloading any offline updates. After adding this file the game does not want to start either. What should I do?
