This is perfectly correct, esp to correct Reflex Oesophagitis. Especially after any meal. But we should listen to our body. If not comfortable, listen to your body and consult a Doctor for checking Cardiac System and Respiratory system. Also do not sleep entire night on left side.❤

Sleeping in a good mattress is important. A good sleep of 6 hours with no intervention in between is necessary..
