Hi Berlin!!! I’ve followed your channel for a while and I think I’m getting close to being able to try your wavy dreads? I wore dreadlock extensions for quite a while, then in May of this year I was hospitalized with toxic shock syndrome (no clue how it happened but here we are 🤷🏼♀️). I was in hospital for a month and on dialysis for a time afterward, and just after getting out of the hospital, my hair began to fall out. My doctor said that was very common for survivors of TSS and it does grow back - which it has, albeit slowly, but literally all of my hair was gone 😔. Anyway, we’re working our way to the bottom of the hospital statements 🤯 but I am finally back at work and hoping soon to save up enough to buy your extensions. Long story short is that I’m not sure at what point I should put them in? Most of my hair is a bit over an inch long right now so I’m thinking at least another month but I wanted to see if you had any secrets or tricks about putting them on short hair? I don’t want to jump the gun and put them in too soon for them to just fall out - but I really want to have some hair back too…what do you think? (Thanks in advance 🤗♥️)

Hi Kristie! Sorry to hear about your health troubles, but so glad you are recovering well! We suggest a minimum of 2 inches of hair to install. Now we are finding people with more texture and curly hair can sometimes get away with shorter hair, while straight, fine hair sometimes needs just a touch more length. Hope this helps!
