Hey Everyone I love wearing long braids all the time and I find that being able to sleep comfortably with any hairstyle is key! I use to bun my hair all the time to sleep but here in this video I show you my fav way to sleep easily with these knee length braids. Please enjoy this video guys! I do tie a scarf around my head along with a dread bonnet size XL. Don't get black it will. Have you light pillow cases stained even after washing a black bonnet a couple of times. So getva light color like gray! When taking showers i just tuck the bonnet in the front because it has elastic .

50 Shades of Rae oh so many things, mainly fruits and veggies I know that sounds simple but that’s what it comes down to lol. breads and pasta, rice, beans....when I’m not eating healthy there are processed foods that are vegan.... chili cheese fries vegan cakes lol, They have non meat plant based meat.... but if you want to be healthy I would stick to home cooked meals based around fruits and veggies! The list is endless tho!
