I tend to change my scent profile seasonally, but I love white florals/fruity florals, and citrus in the warmer months, and I prefer gourmand+musk in the cooler months. Coconut and vanilla are scents I love to layer with everything year-round! My Okinawan grandma gave me something really similar to the African net sponges! It's a long, skinny rectangle of similar material. I need to get a new one because the one I have is too abrasive, but I love the way that I can exfoliate my back with it. Really helped with my back acne!

For body odor, deems are saying to use benzoyl peroxide wash on underarms to kill odor causing bacteria. And of course deodorant at night and in the am. I am a new subscriber. I totally agree with your video. It is very detailed from head to toe. I have been doing all the hygiene recommendations you suggested for almost six (6) months, and it has truly improved my oral hygiene. You can also put a cap of your mouthwash with water in your tooth deflosser, it is a game changer. I use some of the vanilla and chocolate items for hygiene (bath and shower), however, I need to stock up. I actually had a younger lady to stop me in Walmart to ask what I was wearing. She said I smelled so good. Layer does make a difference. I do the same thing with the body oils, oil first out of the shower, lotion ne t and more oil or a heavier body cream in the winter. I use an African net sponge now, but when I was using loofahs, I kept it out of my bathroom, make sure all the water is squeezed out, and I washed it in the washing machine. I could usually push it up to 4 months before replacing and it didn't give me any problems

I only use coconut oil and baking soda for my teeth and my mouth. Basically it’s called oil pulling but I do it every day and I never use mouthwash. I use coconut oil food grade no chemicals. Nothing to worry about mouth smells fresh. Also I don’t use tapwater or filter water. I used distilled water to rinse my mouth. Oh yeah vanilla is everything for me and I use Dr Watkins, vanilla body oil , but it has to be vanilla.

I only use coconut oil and baking soda for my teeth and my mouth. Basically it’s called oil pulling but I do it every day and I never use mouthwash. I use coconut oil food great no chemicals. Nothing to worry about mouse smells fresh. Also I don’t use tapwater or filter water. I used distilled water to rinse my mouth.
