Great video, Jabin. I've made lots of things on my kettle, and smoked lots of briskets - but I've never had the cohones to do a brisket on the kettle. You made this look easy - I guess it's time for me to try!

Yeah it was great. Fly’s are always a bit more tricky than a full packer but this turned out so great!!

Speeds up the cooking process and saves some $$$. While I would prefer a whole packer, this is a great option to save some time and money. Going to have to try it with the mad cow rub. Well done as always!
