I did this today. Changed up a few things like the liquor. Added two types. The peach and the Salted Carmel Crown Royal. Wish I could post pictures. 👍🏾

Nice looking Peach 🍑 Glazed Spiral ham, when you mentioned not being peachy enough I was thinking a little cinnamon and brown sugar. How are you liking the KJ 3 . Your making it Proud.

What flavor injection would you use if it was a solid ham? I used your recipe two years ago and it was a hit. The family is back in town and they want me to make it again and I am. Only thing is this time it’s a solid ham and I want to inject it with a brine but not sure what would work out best. Any recommendations?

Daryl , nice cook on that ham ! My mother in law still thinks a spiral ham needs to be cooked to 165* , I try but she is almost 80 no changing her now....lol ! That ham with that glaze looks great !

How l long do you cook it for again?
@BadBeastBarbecue5 жыл бұрын
About 3 1/2 hours, but you should cook until the internal temp reaches between 135 -140 degrees. The kamado warmed it to 140 degrees internal in that time.
