Used to fish with my father out on Deerfield Beach. I caught a cuda once and my dad swapped an entire 4 ft cuda for half a Cobia. Fella we traded it to was from Jamaica. My dad asked after trying the cuda after he cooked it, "for such a fish how do you get it to taste so good?" The fella answered him. "When you think you figured it out, try again. Its like life, you never try as hard as you do to make things better" Mokko and Mathew, this has given me a reason to try one more time to cook the cuda. Wish me luck.
